WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN'T CLEAN MY WINDOWS?
If we can't clean your windows due to extream weather, staff sickness or one of our vans being in for a service or MOT we shall refund your Standing Order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL YOUR SERVICES?
If you cancel you regular window cleaning services provided by us, simply cancel your standing order at the same time.
CAN I NOT PAY BY BANK TRANSFER?
Bank Transfer is great for one off payments. However, as a business that is growing we struggle to keep track of Bank Transfer payements. This means we where spending too much time trying to find who had paid for their window clean.
Bank Transfers also require a Refrence for payment. Not all of our customers was using this reference correctly. This lead to us sending reminders for payment and annoying our loyal and valued customers. We don't want to do that.
